Ospedale di Suzzara S.p.A.
The management of the Ospedale di Suzzara is the first management experiment of a public hospital by a private company in Italy, involving full management of the hospital complex as well as its restructuring and bringing into compliance.
The hospital structure has 130 beds (30 of which are destined for functional rehabilitation) and is accredited by the Italian National Health Service both for admission and care, and outpatient assistance.
The initiative constitutes an important experience in public/private integration, where professional and management contributions merge, focusing on the achievement of suitability and efficiency.
